SOULBODY VIENNA<\/a> is the dream come true of Isabelle and Anika, two passionate entrepreneurs who have created their own studio in the vibrant Seestadt neighborhood of the Austrian capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The founders of SOULBODY VIENNA met while studying at university. Anika always loved to dance and she explained to us that dancing helped her organize her thoughts and forget the problems she might have while she flowed with the music. Isabelle discovered yoga due to a health problem and since then she has not stopped practicing and training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both are also barre<\/em> teachers, the transformative fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga that seeks to create a global and effective experience to strengthen the body, gain flexibility and improve body posture. SOULBODY VIENNA specializes in low-impact workouts, understanding movement as the connection between the body and the soul. This holistic vision of conscious movement helps their students to feel good physically and emotionally while also having a great time in their classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanied by Michelle, Mirela, Nadine, Victoria and the three Sarahs, they offer classes every day of the week. With their barre workouts, yoga, pilates or flexibility sessions, they have created a wonderful environment where their students can exercise and be their true selves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
