Fortunately there are some incredibly useful videos on the internet to help desperate souvenir hoarders such as myself, pack a bag.&nbsp;After we finally managed to forcibly zip-up our suitcases and shove them into a distant overhead compartment above someone else\u2019s seat, it was time for Dinamica Ballet to fly back to Barcelona and reflect on our involvement with FIBO and PILOXING\u00ae<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bEJ8V_Cnx6I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19923 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/new.dinamicaballet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Suitcase-e1461319921210.jpg\" alt=\"a guide to packing suitcases\" width=\"200\" height=\"169\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bEJ8V_Cnx6I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A useful guide to packing suitcases<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">What do you get when you put 200 Lycra wearing enthusiasts and 25 barres in the same hall?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The PILOXING\u00ae Barre RINGSIDE event!<\/p>\n<p>FIBO 2016 saw Viveca Jensen run her RINGSIDE event master class with the aid of Dinamica Ballet.
